Roostercat Coffee House

Shout out to Batista May 5th 2025. Was looking for a good cup of coffee and found this shop while crossing the country heading home to Oregon. Being a coffee snob I have to say the coffee is incredibly crafted! Thank you for making our morning perfectly prepped.

I LOVED it here. The atmosphere is exactly what I'm always looking for in cafes. The coffee was great - I went out on a limb and got the monkey fist latte (which has banana) and it was so so good. Also, they had a vegan burrito which was great also. This cafe also sells art prints and some thrifted clothes which is great. There's plenty of seating as well. Overall, this is one of the best cafes I've been to !

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Denver. It's very unassuming and you'd probably miss it if you were just walking by, but it's totally worth stopping in. It has old school 90s/00s coffee shop vibe. It has a very homey feel, not the bougie, sterile 10 for a drip attitude of so many other shops in town. The prices are incredibly reasonable and their signature drinks are delicious. Lots of seating inside, great wifi and a large outdoor patio area. It is very obviously a local business. They have art and clothes from local artists that they sell in shop too. The only thing that could make this place better would be if they would offer non-disposable cups if you're staying to drink there. I'm sure it likely has to do with health code and probably not having a dish washer to make it happen, but with how many people stay with their drinks it kinda kills me how much waste could be mitigated. Worth the investment - it's a selling point for a lot of people.

From the minute I walked into Roostercart I felt happy. The atmosphere and decor intrigued me because they are a local business that is so openly supportive of other local businesses. Lined up along the wall is a wide variety of vendors' stands with their products on display for purchase. On top of that, the barista, Sienna, was a lovely human. She was helpful, kind, and friendly. You could tell she enjoyed her job. I told her that I wanted a sweet lavender latte, and she did not disappoint. My latte was scrumptious, and I finished it before I made it home. I will be going back and you should check the place out too.

Love this local joint! Very unassuming if you aren't paying attention. In the basement of a very distressed building however it happily surprised us. Love that they have a lavender latte on the menu all the time, very difficult to find anyone to attempt. Place is actually huge with indoor and outdoor seating and a wonderful local vibe with students and random live acts. Wish this place were closer to our home!

The local oatmilk they have here is absolutely delicious, definitely worth the extra price. The atmosphere and ambiance is so chill and relaxed. I was able to get so much writing done and felt so welcomed by the staff. Will definitely be returning!

Had my first dirty chai here and it was so freaking good. The baristas were super nice and knowledgeable too (I don’t go to cafes often). I loved chilling both inside and outside during my stay. Will definitely come back when I return to Denver

Quick trip to Denver, staying in a downtown hotel. Wanted coffee, found Roostercat and off I went. First, the walk to it was nothing but epic, taking me by the capital and so many beautiful museums and more. Just the atmosphere of my short journey here was well worth it. The atmosphere at Roostercat was spot on as well. Loved the outdoor fireplace, a perfect place for stores apparently. The music setting the ideal ambience. And the artwork just perfect for a shop like this. Loved my ice latte and would drink it again and again. Great stop whether coming from downtown or just looking for good coffee. The rest of the menu looked yummy as well. Awesome vibe overall!
